Kartell - Retail Brand Experience Strategy

The Brief
Kartell, iconic Italian design furniture company, needed innovative strategy to enhance in-store retail experience while maintaining brand guidelines. Challenge was engaging customers who needed to understand the value and legacy of Kartell's luxury plastic transformation since the 1950s.

The Process
Conducted extensive brand research and store visits to understand structure and customer behavior. Analyzed competitors like Vitra, Zara Home, and IKEA for successful strategies. Developed customer personas and proposed 4 annual events with digital integration including teasers, broadcasts, and online competitions.

The Solution
Created comprehensive event strategy with scheduled plans and visual mockups, including nature-inspired "Kartell goes GREEN" experience. Developed icon library and transformed weeks of research into clear infographics and 20-slide presentation. Successfully balanced strategic thinking with information design and storytelling methodology.
